Acrobatic AeroYoga® is an extension of the AeroYoga® technique, an artistic method of personal growth* designed by Rafael Martinez.
Rafael Martinez presents for the first time in Europe (2009) the Aerial Yoga© method with the first Aerial Yoga Teachers Training with his registered technique, AeroYoga®.
This method is perhaps the most complete and integral aerial method, being the first to include in his trainings and classes  three distinct and patented working methods.

Its peculiarity is the work in weightlessness, attending to the whole being, not just the muscle strength (We call this Holistic Fitness®)
The Acrobatic AeroYoga® sequences are from  level II (advanced) so is recommended  to the student prior preparation in other disciplines such as Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga, contemporary dance and modern dance, athletics, swimming … and Aerial Yoga practice, at base levels (“0″ and “I”).

*Before attending the Acrobatic AeroYoga® classes©, AeroYoga® requires the student to consult with your doctor any health problem and the convenience of practicing a demanding physical activity especially if you suffer from any disease.
Some Aerial Acrobatic Yoga exercises are not recommended for some diseases.
